IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE ORDERING

WARNING: The installation of performance products requires a level of technical ability and knowledge to compensate for installation of performance items on a vehicle. Do NOT order any performance parts or services unless you possess the technical ability to properly set up the ENTIRE vehicle, making allowances and adjustments on the vehicle which adding performance products requires.

 
  • References on this website to "bolt-on" parts only indicates that the parts may be removed from the engine or vehicle, and is NOT meant to imply installation without additional modifications.
  • Obviously, the amount of work and knowledge required to perform an installation varies. Installation instructions (when provided) are NO SUBSTITUTE for mechanical experience when installing performance equipment or setting up vehicles.
  • References to performance gains and comments about reliability, ease of installation, etc., are based on either our own experiences or those of outside customers. Every effort is used to ensure the accuracy of these types of statements, but is NOT a guarantee that similar performance will be achieved from every installation. While we test, design, and develop proven products, it is up to the individual customer to make the most of their installation for their particular application.

PLACING ORDERS

  • Placing orders from RT Performance couldn't be easier. Our site has been designed to give you the option of how you shop. Products are categorized by product type (i.e., motorcycle or ATV) and then either by Category or by Model. Browsing by category will allow you to browse by selecting specific characteristics for your application. For example, you may browse by 4-Stroke models and then by all Exhaust applications. Browsing by model will allow you to find all products available for your specific model (for example, Yamaha Banshee products).
  • Once you have added the product(s) you would like to order to your Shopping Cart, simply click the Check Out button to complete your transaction. From there you will be able to enter your billing and shipping information and your method of payment. Credit card authorizations are performed automatically at the time of checkout.

BACK ORDERS

  • Back orders are automatically shipped when available. On orders older than 30 days, we will call or e-mail to confirm before shipping.

PAYMENT

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, or Discover credit cards. No personal checks and no open accounts.

SHIPPING

  • All orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) via regular ground delivery (where available). Next Day and 2nd Day Air are available on request as well and will incur additional charges. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  • Must be reported to the shipping company upon receipt by the receiving party. Once the package is shipped from RT Performance,it becomes the responsibility of the shipping company.

WEBSITE CONTENTS

  • RT Performance makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of prices, part numbers, specifications, and applications, but we reserve the right to make changes without notice and without further obligation. No guarantee should be implied or is inferred.

MERCHANDISE RETURNS

  • ALL returns must have a return authorization number from RT Performance and this number must be visibly printed on the outside of the box to expedite your return.
  • Returns are for credit or exchange only; no refunds will be given.
  • Returns must be authorized within 14 days of invoice date (not date product was received).
  • All returns must be in new, unused, and salable condition.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all customer returns.
  • Shipping charges both ways is the responsibility of the customer. No credits or refunds will be given on freight charges.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  • Because of the nature of performance products and their intended usage, RT Performance makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied, oral or written, of these performance products regarding performance, safety, fit, merchantability, or length of service. Purchasers are responsible for the selection of the appropriate and correct performance products and must rely on their own skills and judgment that such performance products are appropriate for their particular application.

STATE AND LOCAL ORDINANCES

  • State and local laws and ordinances vary widely from location to location. Installing some performance products may not comply with your state and/or local ordinances. It is the purchaser's responsibility to comply with the rules and laws in your particular location. RT Performance will assume no responsibility for noncompliance with said laws or ordinances.
